Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This policy explains what Stackward collects about you, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

  • Your account details: your full name, mobile number and address, which are the registrant details of your domains, and your WhatsApp number.
  • Your messages: what you send Stackward on WhatsApp, and what it replies.
  • A record of every action: each step Stackward takes for you is logged with its details, who asked for it, the conversation it came from and your quota at the time.
  • Your payment and refund records.

What never reaches us

Card numbers never touch Stackward: card payments happen on Paymob’s page, not in the chat.

No password is ever sent in the chat. You set a new mailbox’s password yourself, on a web page that works only once.

How we use it

To register and renew your domains in your name, point them where you ask and create your mailboxes; to understand and answer your messages; to keep a record of every change so it can be checked; and to bill your plan.

Who else sees it

  • The registrar of your domains (Dynadot or Namecheap) receives your registrant details, because you are the legal registrant.
  • Cloudflare hosts your domains’ DNS settings.
  • Purelymail hosts your business mailboxes.
  • Resend delivers account emails, including sign-in codes, to your email address.
  • WhatsApp, a Meta service, carries the messages between you and Stackward.
  • An AI model from OpenAI reads your messages, understands what you ask and chooses what to do. Stackward’s own code carries out every change and fills in every figure, date and link.
  • Paymob processes card payments, and Vodafone Cash processes wallet payments.

Our website

  • Every request to this website passes through Arcjet, which sees your IP address in order to protect the site from abuse.
  • When error reporting is switched on, errors on the site are reported to Sentry.
  • With your consent, our own self-hosted Umami analytics records website page views and site events. No third party receives analytics data, and no query strings are recorded.

Governing law

Stackward serves customers in Egypt, and this policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Message us on WhatsApp.

You are the registrant of every domain. Transfer out is free, from the dashboard, with no retention step. The chat never asks for a card.
