Terms of service
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Stackward to register and manage your domains, DNS and business email by chatting on WhatsApp. Stackward is an invite-only beta for customers in Egypt. By paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.
What Stackward does
Stackward registers domains, points them where you ask and creates business mailboxes, all from a WhatsApp chat. You ask in your own words, in Arabic, English or Franco-Arabic, and Stackward does the work.
Stackward does not build websites, does not sell hosting and does not sell .eg domains.
During the beta, a request Stackward cannot carry out on its own yet is passed to our team, who follow it up with you.
Your account
Each account has one owner: the person who pays, and in whose name the account’s domains are registered. On the Grow plan, the owner can add one operator, who can make changes within the plan’s quota but cannot change the plan or transfer a domain out.
Stackward knows who you are by your WhatsApp number. Keep that number under your control: whatever is sent from it is treated as coming from you.
You give us your full name, mobile number and address once, when your account is opened. They are the registrant details of your domains, so they must be accurate. Stackward never asks for them in the chat.
Plans and payment
Plans are paid yearly, at the price shown, with no VAT added.
You pay on Paymob’s payment page, or by Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or bank transfer when we agree it with you. You never type card details into the chat.
Your plan includes a quota of domains, mailboxes and operators. Using it costs nothing extra at the time.
Nothing changes without your yes
Before Stackward registers a domain or creates a mailbox, it tells you exactly what it will do and how much of your quota it uses, then waits for your explicit yes.
It also asks first before a change that replaces or deletes something that already works. A change to a domain that does not point anywhere yet is made straight away and reported to you.
Your domains
You are the legal registrant of every domain Stackward registers for you. Stackward registers it through its own account at a registrar (Dynadot, or Namecheap when Dynadot does not offer the ending), never in a registrar account of yours.
While your subscription is active, Stackward renews each of your domains when it comes due at the registrar.
Your plan covers the domain endings on our included list. During the beta, a premium ending is arranged with our team.
Unpaid renewals
If your plan’s renewal is not paid, everything keeps working for 14 days. After that your account becomes read-only: Stackward still answers questions about your domains, but makes no changes and does not renew them.
We remind you 30 days and 7 days before each domain expires and offer you a free transfer. After that, the domain expires at the registrar. Paying the renewal restores everything.
Leaving
You can transfer any domain Stackward registered for you to another registrar at any time, free of charge and with no attempt to keep you. During the beta, ask on WhatsApp and our team will arrange it.
Refunds
Our refund policy sets out when we refund a plan payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
